When you make a purchase on this website, you accept the following terms and conditions. We therefore recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully before you shop on our webshop.

Purchasing goods

When purchasing goods on Rosendahl.com, you must complete your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Once this has been done, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once we have packed your items and they are ready for collection at our warehouse by the selected distributor you will receive an email with your track & trace number. No later than 24 hours after receiving this email, you will be able to track the location of your item. Once your parcel has arrived at your destination, you will receive a message from the selected distributor.

You must be at least 18 years of age to shop online with us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian.

At the webshop's address Rosendahl.com you can only order products via our webshop. If you have any questions about products that are not on the website, please contact us.

If you cannot find your order confirmation in your inbox, it might be in your spam folder, so we recommend that you look for it there. If you are still unable to find it, please contact Webshop@rdg.dk and we will resend your order confirmation.

How to shop with us

To make a purchase from us, you need to complete 6 steps:

  1. Find the item(s) you want and add them to your shopping basket, then proceed to the checkout.
  2. Enter your personal details, name, address, telephone number and email address, and at the same time enter the delivery address if it is different from the billing address.
  3. Select shipping method.
  4. Check that all personal data and product information is correct. Then approve our terms and conditions and privacy policy and proceed to the payment page.
  5. Enter payment information and complete the purchase.
  6. Upon approval, you will de directed to a confirmation page where you will be given your order number and you will also receive an email with an order confirmation.

 

Pre-ordering
When pre-ordering, please be aware of the following:

  • A pre-order allows you to order an item before it has officially arrived at our warehouse.
  • The product page specifies the expected date for the product to arrive at our warehouse. Please note that this date is indicative, and delays or early deliveries may occur.
  • If your order includes other products, the entire order will only be shipped once all items have arrived at our warehouse. If you wish to have the items that are not on pre-order shipped immediately, we recommend splitting your order.
  • You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • The payment will not be deducted from your account until your order has been dispatched. Until then, the amount will simply remain as a reservation on your account.
  • In the event of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible and propose potential solutions.

 

Packaging Surcharge and Producer Responsibility

When placing an order, a packaging surchargeof EUR 1 per order is charged. The packaging surcharge covers increased costs related to packaging and packing resulting from the extended producer responsibility for packaging placed on the market by Rosendahl Design Group.

Rosendahl Design Group produces the products sold via the webshop itself and is therefore both the manufacturer and the sender. As a producer, Rosendahl Design Group is responsible for the packaging used for shipment of the products, including compliance with requirements regarding material selection, waste management, and recycling in accordance with applicable legislation on producer responsibility for packaging.

The packaging surcharge is charged separately and is not included in the product price. The surcharge is charged once per order and is independent of the number of products and the order value. The packaging surcharge is mandatory and is clearly displayed prior to completion of the purchase, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the following applies to the packaging surcharge:

  • If the entire order is returned, the packaging surcharge is refunded together with the remaining order amount.
  • In the case of a partial return, the packaging surcharge is not refunded, as packaging and shipping have already been used.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase and will be processed without undue delay and no later than within the time limit set out in applicable consumer protection legislation, once Rosendahl Design Group has received and processed the return.

No packaging surcharge is charged in connection with complaints or orders invoiced at EUR 0.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Rosendahl.com offers free delivery with GLS to Private address for purchases from 89 EUR.

All orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 AM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM are shipped the next business day. Expected delivery time is 2–5 business days.

We offer the following GLS delivery methods:

  • Delivery to private address: 13 EUR / Free shipping for orders from 89 EUR.

The valid delivery methods and prices will be visible once the purchase and choice of delivery have been completed.

The current shipping costs on the website apply at the time the order is placed.


General

We ship all items as parcel post, which allows us to track the parcel in case any problems arise. The items are insured during transit, and we encourage you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and/or its contents are damaged upon receipt, please contact Webshop@rdg.dk. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after discovering the damage.

We always wrap the items securely to minimize the risk of shipping damage.


Missing delivery

In the event of missing deliveries, Rosendahl.com will send a new delivery free of charge.

 

Right of withdrawal and returns

At Rosendahl.com, we offer free returns on all orders.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you receive the goods. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the period is extended to the next working day.

This means you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to inform us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Once you have notified us, you then have 14 days to return the item.

We recommend that you register your return via our returns portal. You will find the link at the bottom of your invoice. In the portal, select the items you wish to return, specify the reason for return, and follow the GLS return label instructions. When using the returns portal, we cover the return shipping costs.

If you choose to return the item in another way than through the returns portal, you are responsible for the return costs and bear the risk for the goods until they are received by us.

Certain items, due to their size or weight, cannot be returned by standard parcel post and must be sent via freight carrier. The cost of returning such items is estimated to be a maximum of DKK 1,000. Please contact our customer service before returning these items.

Once your return has been received and registered at our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt.

If you do not wish to use the returns portal, you may also notify us by sending an email to webshop@rdg.dk or by using the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of our terms and conditions.

Please note that you cannot withdraw from your purchase simply by refusing to receive the parcel or by failing to collect it, unless you also notify us of your intention to withdraw.

 

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. However, if the item has depreciated in value, we will deduct the amount for which you are liable.

Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date when we receive your returned package. Remember to keep the receipt that you receive from the carrier when you hand over the parcel for delivery as documentation that the item has been sent.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs and liable for any damage that occurs during transportation. If you return your entire order, we will also refund the original shipping cost. 

We will process such a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you provide documentation proving that you have returned it.

 

Partial Cancellation of a Purchase

If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel only part of your purchase.

 

Trying the product and packaging

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You may inspect the product in the same way as you can and may in a physical store, but you must not use it. If you have used it in a way that you cannot or may not in a store, and we are unable to sell it again, or sell it at full price again, you should expect that we will deduct the deterioration in value from the amount you are to be refunded. If the product no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase amount.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging, as this may otherwise result in a deterioration in value, and you will not be refunded the full purchase price. You should also ensure that the product is securely wrapped when you return it.

You bear responsibility for the goods until we receive them. You should therefore save the postage receipt and any track & trace number.

Complaints

When you shop at Rosendahl.com, you are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and can complain about defects and deficiencies in a product that have occurred within 36 months of the purchase. However, this does not apply to defects, damage or wear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. Please contact Webshop@rdg.dk in the event of complaints, defects, or missing deliveries.

The provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act concerning defects apply to purchase of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for a period of 36 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or be given a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must make a complaint within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you make a complaint within two months of discovery of the defect, the complaint will always be timely. 

Always contact Webshop@rdg.dk in the event of any complaints. After you have contacted Customer Service, it will be assessed whether the complaint is justified, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed. We will refund (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs. Please do not send the item back before you have been in contact with Customer Service.

 

Numbered Products
For numbered products (e.g. limited editions), please note that replacement under a valid complaint may not be the same number as the original product. We guarantee a product of the same type but not a specific number. If no equivalent numbered product is available, you may receive repair, price reduction, or refund.

We do not accept packages without distribution or packages sent by cash on delivery.

Complaint options

If you disagree with our handling of your complaint, you can contact the European platform for online dispute resolution. Complaints should be submitted via http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must state Rosendahl Design Group A/S and our email Webshop@rdg.dk

 

Payment

At Rosendahl.com you can pay with Klarna, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Maestro, iDeal (Netherland).

Reservation of Funds
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds will remain reserved on your card or account until:

  1. We charge the amount when the item is shipped, or
  2. The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can find more information about the specific rules for your card with your card issuer.

We do not charge card fees. The amount will only be deducted from your account once the items are dispatched from our warehouse.

All prices on Rosendahl.com are stated in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs will be added. If you spend more than 85 EUR, you are eligible for free shipping from selected delivery partners.

Rosendahl.com has set a maximum amount of EUR 2500 per order.

 

Security

On Rosendahl.com, all communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only Nets, Frisbii and Rosendahl Design Group (including Rosendahl.com) have access to your data. Therefore, other unauthorised persons cannot see the payment information that is exchanged when you make a purchase. Price errors and discount code errors

If a price is obviously incorrect and you should reasonably have noticed this, we are not obliged to deliver the product in question at the incorrect price. This also applies in the event of technical errors in connection with discount codes, for example, which results in an obviously incorrect price. In the event of obviously incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order. It will be possible to buy the items at normal prices at any time. We reserve the right to cancel the order for out-of-stock items.
